About: Theresa Webb Dip. Nut. BANT is a Nutritional Therapist graduate from The College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. She is a fourth generation medic, and lives in London. Theresa is also the Founder and Manager of Kitchen Buddy – the first ethical and Raw resource in London to offer specialist dietary culinary classes in schools, privately in homes and in groups, nationally. KB advises companies on menu development and provides provides Catering for ethical music events One Spirit and URUBU and charity demonstrations. Theresa is a top London Chocolatier; Raw Chocolatier produces a range of Organic, handmade sports and lifestyle foods (including exquisite sugar-free chocolates and truffles) and she trades at weekends for Flax Farm at London’s famous Borough Market. She is a Co-organiser of Dance of Gratitude and Awareness and actively researches environmental issues, herbalism and nutrition. She writes for Funky Raw Magazine and has regularly appeared on BBC London Radio.

About: Amanda Miles was originally a professional dancer (Arts Educational)and her career has spanned 25 years in the entertainment industry, through theatrical management, guiding the careers of Kim Gavin, Choreographer to Take That and producer of the 2012 Olympics Closing Ceremony, to founding Comedy Rep at the Soho Theatre, the new writing forum aiding the careers of Catherine Tate, Zoe Lyons and Lee Mack. Amanda has spent over 16 years as a television writer, director and producer and four years as Talent Executive at the Disney Channel. Alongside her television career, Amanda has pursued her aerial ambitions - working as an aerial performer in cabaret and choreographing for Dance Umberella, and numerous professional aerialists. Amanda is the founder of My Aerial Home South and East and has developed MAH's corporate training services, working with companies to train performers in aerial skills for in-house clients, Carnival cruiselines, Holiday on Ice & Merlin Entertainments.

Her designs were featured in magazines and media internationally including Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire, I.D. and the Face. Her experience in the fashion industry covers sourcing, designing, manufacturing, wholesaling and retailing, marketing, sales and business. She has many years of teaching experience having worked as a Senior Lecturer and Course Manager at numerous universities and colleges including London College of Fashion, Middlesex University, Nottingham Trent University and University of East London.
